Keystone
Keystones two base-area villages provide an abundance of shopping, dining and April¨s ski activities. The Keystone Resort offers skiing on three mountains Keystone Mountain, North Peak and the Outback. Keystone also features night skiing, outdoor ice skating and a Nordic center. During the summer, guests or residents enjoy golfing on the Keystone Ranch course and the Keystone River course as well as fishing on the Snake river and outdoor concerts and special events in the villages. Keystone offers a variety of real estate properties ranging from many ski-in/ski-out condos to beautiful homes on the golf courses and river.

The historic town of Dillon is nestled along Highway 6, between Lake Dillon and Keystone. As you enter the town, you will recognize modern retail stores and the Countys only movie theaters. A town with an interesting past that dates back to the 1880s, Dillon originally sat at the convergence of the Blue, Snake and Ten Mile rivers. In the early 1960s, its residents were forced to move to create a water supply for the city of Denver. The original town site now lies 300 feet below the waters of Lake Dillon. Dillon is also home to a marina and amphitheater. Dillon offers a wide variety of real estate choices including lake front condos, charming homes and many in-town properties.
Silverthorne
The quiet town of Silverthorne, at the north end of the county, offers affordable lodging, restaurants and recreation options. The youngest of the Summit County communities, Silverthorne attracts thousands of anglers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts year round because of its central location to Wildernest areas and the Gold Medal Blue River. Silverthorne is also home to the Raven Golf Course at Three Peaks and a full-service recreation center. Copper Mountain

Heeney, Blue River and Montezuma
The Countys smallest town, Heeney, is located 20 miles north of Silverthorne on the banks of the scenic Green Mountain Reservoir.
Blue River is a small, independent, mainly residential community located south of Main Street, Breckenridge.
Montezuma is located east of Keystone at an elevation of 10,400 feet. Here you will find some of the countys best back county hiking, four wheeling, mountain biking and skiing trails.
