An exclusive right to sell agreement using standard Colorado Commission approved forms, documents and disclosures will be required between seller and Broker. Please let us know we can do that too!

Our fee will then drop to 3%, plus any Broker Co-op. The great news is If we sell your property without being required to pay a broker co-op fee to another Broker our fee is still 3%!

• You may cancel your listing with us Free of Charge for any reason if your not satisfied with our performance and ability to market your home.
