Our Firms List/Assist Fee $999:
- We will List your property in either the Summit County MLS or Denver MLS depending on the market area
- Your property will be appear in realtor.com, REColorado.Com, as well as the Denver Post’s Real Estate Internet Section
- Thousands of Realtors personal web sites participating in the MLS IDX information exchange
- Place a Yard Sign, Lock box on your property
- Showing set through our showing desk
- Place a Full page ad and detailed information with multiple color photos in
- RealEstateColorado.Net’s feature property section.
- Prepare all related documents related to the sale and transfer of deed at closing.
- Provide you professional real estate advice throughout the entire process from one of our top brokers
- Present all offers to you
- Represent you as a Seller’s Agent
- Assist you with the negotiation process to ensure the highest possible return for your property.
- We will analyze your property using the state of the art valuation software to you help determine the value of your property.
- You will be required to pay a broker co-op fee to any broker outside our firm who brings a buyer for your property. ( 2.8-3.0% of sales price)
- You will still be required to pay for all other fees associated with the sale and transfer such as title insurance, closing fees, pro-rated taxes etc...
- The list/assist fee is only valid if purchase your next home through our firm within a 30 day period through our firm.
